Canal fix moves ahead as lawmakers pitch more funding expenses

The Friant H2o Authority has inked a deal with the Bureau of Reclamation to restore ability that has been dropped to subsidence for the Friant-Kern Canal. The price tag-share settlement secures practically $400 million for the venture.
