A new culinary director and executive chef from the East Coast was hired to broaden and refresh the Garage Bar and Graydon’s Crossing principles.
Garage Bar & Grill and Graydon’s Crossing proprietor and operator Kevin Farhat hired Joe Peebles to oversee all culinary functions for the two ideas, as perfectly as provide as common supervisor at Garage Bar’s new Ada site, established to open up in downtown Ada this tumble.

“I’m psyched to have Graydon’s below my enjoy so I can feed my inventive, fantastic dining aspect and flex some culinary muscle mass a bit,” Peebles explained. “I seem ahead to displaying our patrons and neighbors at Graydon’s some innovative, mouth watering food items and cocktails in a heat, welcoming atmosphere.”
