CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cuyahoga County General public Library’s culinary fundraiser Prosper is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 26.
The event, backed by culinary literacy ambassador chef Rocco Whalen of Fahrenheit, raises countless numbers of pounds for necessary library applications, something the cafe owner suggests is a precedence for him.
This year, he’s bringing in Matt Mytro, chef and spouse at Flour in Moreland Hills, to aid. Mytro will craft a charcuterie board even though Whalen will do a rooster piccata dish.
“It’s a combo, east fulfills west,” Whalen said, referring to the spots of the two eating places. “It brings additional to the table.” Fahrenheit is in Cleveland’s Tremont community.
